I woke up to a review yesterday that got my wheels turning. So I sat in the sauna and made an IG post that quoted what she had said. "I found the whole place off-putting..." That single post led to scores of followers sending love and admiration for the business and opened a heartfelt, intelligent conversation about reviews and review culture...(oh, and the post went 'viral' ;).
